Chust Textile successfully operates by using various precision machines and equipment. To ensure the smooth and uninterrupted process of manufacture of knitted products, we continually update our equipment with modern production units.
Knitting department
Our own knitting workshop allows our company to produce various types of knitted fabrics from 100% cotton or from cotton with the addition of lycra.
According to the request of the customer can be produced Jersey, Pique, Rib-knit, 2 and 3-thread footer. The knitting machines park consists of 18 "TERROT" machines, 14 "PAILUNG" machines and 9 “LEADSFON” machines. Our high-performance circular knitting machines ensure the production of knitted fabrics in the shortest possible time.
Sewing factory
Sewing factory is equipped with the most modern equipment not older than 3 years. There are 478 sewing machines of Juki, BAOYU, Kansai and SunStar brands in our production process:
- straight-stitching machines;
- hemming machines (3, 4 and 5-thread);
- flat bed cover hem stitch machines;
- industrian button & buttonhole sewing machines.
Screen-printing department
Screen-printing department is equipped with ROQ oval-type machine for multicolor printing on fabrics and textile items. ROQ machines have high precision of printing and are easy in maintenance.
Embroidery department
Embroidery department is equipped with TAJIMA Japanese embroidery equipment, which features high performance and a wide range of possibilities. TAJIMA embroidery machines can apply the embroidery as on the finished item, cut parts, sleeves, headware.
